Ebla honors its namesake by sourcing olives from Idlib, the historic site of the ancient city, 'Ebla', which thrived over 4,000 years ago. In fact, it is believed to be the region home to the first wild olive tree.

Your Ebla experience begins visually, starting with our exquisite label, designed in collaboration with a Syrian born artist. Featuring a unique clay red color, symbolizing the iron rich soil where our trees thrive and in the backdrop, the architectural sites of the ancient city of 'Ebla'. The deep hue reflects the connection between our product and the land that nurtures it, celebrating the roots of our heritage in every drop.
