At Ebla, we don’t want you to taste just another olive oil, we want you to experience the taste of the culmination of centuries of heritage and dedication of farmers who believe in the importance of a personal touch.
Our Story
Founded by a proud, Syrian American, Brother-Sister duo on a mission to share the rich flavors of our heritage through 100% pure, Syrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Inspired by our family’s traditions and the vibrant flavors of Syria, we bring you the finest, cold-pressed olive oil, crafted with care and authenticity. Ebla honors its namesake by sourcing olives from Idlib, the historic site of the ancient city, ‘Ebla’, which thrived over 4,000 years ago, home to the wild olive tree.

We strive for quality and want to make sure you only receive the best. With that said, we do have many exciting things happening behind the scenes, one of which is the introduction of new products. Keep up with us to see our exciting new offerings.
Our olive oil is made from olives sourced from Idlib, Syria. While historically our pressing took place in Turkey, we are currently pressing in Idlib, Syria.
A few things actually! The olive trees grow in an area known for its clay red, iron rich soil which is packed with nutrients, allowing the olives to reach their best growth potential. The climate and rain cycle are also ideal for olive tree growth, allowing for minimal intervention. Most unique of all, the trees are naturally irrigated.
For optimal freshness, store your oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ebla’s glass bottles are uniquely selected to help maintain your oil’s freshness, however if you prefer to transfer them, use a dark glass container away from direct sunlight and heat.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as this is a food item. However, please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order! Please email us at info@ebla.store with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will do our best to make it right.
