Olive Oil Ice Cream


I have an idea what you’re thinking…Olive oil…on ice cream? YES! Olive oil on ice cream. How often do you try something like olive oil drizzled ice cream? Give it a chance. My all time favorite ice cream flavors to use here are Pistachio and Saffron, but any flavor will do. The Ebla team doesn’t say no to perfectly delicious ice cream.

Ingredients

2 Scoops of your favorite ice cream flavor.

1 tablespoon Ebla extra-virgin olive oil

Putting It Together

Place the first scoop of ice cream in a bowl or cup, drizzle with olive oil. Place the second scoop on top, and drizzle the rest. The olive oil may begin to take on a beautiful velvety texture as it meets the cold temperature of the ice cream. Feel free to top with any of your favorite toppings. Crushed nuts or shredded coconut are fan favorites. Enjoy!
