Olive Oil Coffee
Velvety, rich, and thick, this olive oil coffee is sure to keep your caffeine buzz going.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh brewed coffee or cold brew. Alternatively, you may use a single or double shot of espresso per your preference.
⅓ cup steamed milk of your choice
Sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon Ebla extra-virgin olive oil
Creamer to taste (optional)
Putting It Together

Make your coffee as you typically do, if choosing to use espresso you may choose to add water or additional milk to compensate for the volume.

Pour your coffee into a cup. At this time you may add your sweetener of choice and dissolve in coffee if using sweetener.

In a separate cup, steam together milk and olive oil until you reach the desired amount of foam. Alternatively, you may heat milk and use an electric frother if you do not have a steamer. If you do not have a steamer or frothing mechanism, you can add the cold milk and olive oil to a sealed jar or container and shake vigorously until bubbles form. Note: adding warm milk to a sealed container will create pressure. DO NOT add hot or warm milk to a sealed container and shake.
